Luxury living with unmatched Bay views

Casa Aliona felt more like a luxury private home than a typical vacation rental. One thing we especially loved was the kitchen and dining experience — everything was beautifully designed and very functional for a group stay. The kitchen had high-end appliances, including a large Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf gas range (which was unexpected) and made cooking at the villa actually enjoyable. We loved making morning cappuccinos and drinking it on the terrace overlooking the ocean.⭐️ The entire house was thoughtfully equipped and super comfortable. Between the views, open-air living spaces, and peaceful location close to Zona Romántica, it was the kind of place that made us want to stay longer and be back again.

True romantic getaway!

We had such a great stay here and would definitely come back. It was the perfect coastal getaway — close to the beach, with so much fresh air and beautiful natural light throughout the space that made it feel especially relaxing and welcoming. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Such a peaceful, refreshing spot, and we’d absolutely recommend it!

I am truly in love with this place

I stayed at Casa Aliona in PV and truly loved my time there. My room felt incredibly spacious, beautiful, and full of light — I felt at home right away. I especially loved the balcony, where I spent quiet, happy moments reading and taking in the view. I also really appreciated the pool — the water felt so clean and gentle, with no dryness or irritation at all. The location worked perfectly for me, just a short walk to the beach and some of my favorite street food spots in PV. And a special thank you to Aliona for the care and attention to every detail — I could feel how thoughtfully everything was arranged for guests. Se quedará en mi corazón 💛

Wonderful and very comfortable place to stay

We had stayed in Casa Aliona for a few days, and we loved how well the communication and service was. The mattresses were very soft and nice. It’s very nice and quiet in the area, and with our booked chef who made us dinners and breakfast, the place was great for a getaway.

A true boutique villa experience with unforgettable views

From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and thoughtfully prepared. We were welcomed with fresh margaritas and guacamole, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The villa is even more beautiful in person — the ocean views, multiple terraces, and the pool area create a very private, peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like staying in a boutique hotel rather than a typical rental. The team was excellent throughout our stay. We also booked the private chef for one evening, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The location is perfect — close enough to walk down to the beach and town, but quiet and elevated with incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Aliona. The house is stunning—very clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with a relaxed tropical feel. The open-air palapa and the cozy warm swimming pool were some of our favorite spots to hang out. The kitchen is beautiful and well-designed, with custom wood cabinetry, great lighting, and gorgeous tile details—it really adds to the overall feel of the home. The location is perfect—safe, quiet neighborhood, about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach and 15–20 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta and great restaurants. We stayed as a group of friends and everything worked perfectly for us. It honestly felt like a private little resort. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
